★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services are very poor for this particular shop as i have not been to other reliance store so i would not mention all the reliance store but i am a regular customer of other supermarket where i get satisfaction from their services. The manager who was looking after the shop sitting in the main entrance was extremely rude and instead of helping their customer he and his colleagues were arguing and shouted at me and the argument was just for the help i was expecting from them to bring me a cartoon to pack my stuff. This was the only exception we expect from a good shop and their reply to me is that they have only few people who is very busy so i should brought my own bag. The bags which they are selling at the price of Rs.7 and Rs.14 which is not enough to put all the stuff and if they are selling it at high price it should be of better quality atleast.
This is my humble request to the authorities who look after Jaipur section, if you could teach them how to treat a customer or what is actually The customer service is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have faced very patethic and rude behavior from the staff at the billing desk and exit gate; not once but thrice. I have never received home delivery orders before 24 hours and sometimes even after 48 hours.
Badmouthing with customers is very common phenomenon there and just because of this I now shop from D-Mart Lalkothi. There is huge difference in the operating system of Reliance fresh and D- Mart. D-Mart appears far professional in every aspect.
