Kindly note that, I've given this public rating during the recent COVID-19 outburst pandemic (3 months back) when the office was operating with very limited working staff officials. Due to which issues associated with the network was handled in a slow rate which had made me frustrated.
I've been a prospective customer for 4 years. Over the preceding years of choosing IBN24 as my ISP, I've never faced any such major issues with the network. They also have economical tariff plans best suited for every individual needs.
