Scientists are working on natural fibre like jute, mesta, ramie, flax, pineapple, sisal, banana, nettle and other fibre except cotton. The institute is unique in the World. I work here. Scientist are working hard for promotion, technology development related to natural fibres which are environment friendly.

Their product designs are top notch and they do a stellar job in training new people in how to manufacture the products. Much credit goes to the management in how they have grown this facility over the years and the work they have done in transferring the technical know how into real products for the market
