★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He has very rude way of talking. I purchased a new AC and when I got the delivery I found that it was a display product. Not properly packed and I had to return it to them and after few days they sent me a new seal packed AC with good packaging.
They give you free installation of the AC but do not fall in this trap, as he will charge 4 times extra for the wires and copper pipe. For a wire which cost 55 rupees meter in the market he will charge you 55 rupees/ feet. And for the copper pipe which is 255 rupees meter in the market he will charge you 255 rupees/feet.
Initially I was not aware about about the market rates for this wires and copper pipes, hence I agreed and he made me the bill of 3500 rupees total for installing my AC, for just 5 feet copper pipe and 20 feet wire and 1 floor stand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I urge to all people not to buy a single item from the store. Their reluctant attitude and arrogant behaviour made me to face a serious trouble. Post selling and post receiving of payment their approach towards customer become rude. Absolutely pathetic experience. I know few of their puppet will write good comments after my comments to dilute the issue and to regain their TRP but that will not change the attitude towards the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 0 star isn't an option, I would have to go with 1 star. These guys have set up a benchmark for how poor customer service could get. Their sales guys will call you 10 times to close the purchase but once the payment is done and product delivered, you'd be the one calling them 10 times for installation of the AC and chances are it wouldn't get done in any case. Followed up with them for 23 days for installation of 1 AC and even after 23 days I just gave up on them and raised the complaint directly with O General for installation. Special honourable mention to the owner, Mr Vikas Maheshwari who I'm sure hasn't even heard of the terms "customer service" and "accountability" in his lifetime, nor does he have any interest in knowing anything about such terms. My 2 cents to anyone looking to buy an AC, look elsewhere. I have purchased ACs in the past not just in NCR, but in multiple other cities in India and this has to be hands down the worst experience. AVOID!

The installation of AC had some initial hiccups, however then it personally followed by the company owner and we had a hassle free experience thereafter.
Will highly recommend to purchase AC from ICE energy to other consumers and my friends.
