The place offers loads of events / fair round the year.
Its conveniently placed, nice ambiente, air-conditioned and with restrooms.
Valet parking is available, charging INR 20/hr which is quite nominal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located adjacent to Modern High School. Generally this place hosts exhibitions, art Festivals, book fairs, events and activities. There is an air conditioned area which is quite large enough for groups of 100-200 people.
Overall a well maintained place.
