★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst experience at shalimar bagh. Manager Sandeep misbehaved with customer and On 12th June we called 100 No. Police PCR and complained for same to SHALIMAR BAGH Police also.
They drunk in their own cafe and misbehave with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad ice cream, there are ice crystals and not creamy. It's like molten and re-freezed.
Also there was strand of hair in the icecream o brought home.
They add mayonese instead of cheese in the things thyt claim has cheese.
Don't waste your money and time here.

Order date 7th August 2018, around 2 PM. 1st the pizza delivered was vegetable instead of cheese margarita. Then the cheese margarita delivered with 4 times cheese and salt. Which was impossible to consume. The number given in the response below was equally unprofessional, when I called today at around 9 PM today, the person on the other side said can I call you tomorrow. Worst cafe I have ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a good waffle place for us. Food is not good at all earlier also and now too. But whats more pathetic is that even waffle quality has degraded like hell. Eat two times recently and both times had to complaint about food quality quality inspite of paying money which is as per market rates of competitors. Their own developed ice cream is full of ice pieces in between. Standards are low.
