Our story is quite simple, really.
Sourcing of vegetables had become a task for the new age adults. In addition to that, limited shelf life not only restricted the variety of vegetable consumption but also increased the carbon footprint by a significant amount.
During the Covid-19 lockdown a whole circus around sourcing and washing vegetables erupted. The methods used to clean the vegetables ranged from washing with baking soda to chemical disinfectants.
