★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I consult Dr Shalini mittal at their clinic in BQ at Shalini eye care centre Shalimar bagh before eye check up they dilute the eyes to see the actual number of eyes on computerized equipment machine no issue in that every Dr follow these procedure
Main issue is with the time they are spent on each patient I don't know what happened with their staff also the boy which asked me to read the lines they don't provide me even 1 minute to analysis the alphabet mentioned on screen and he is in so hurry that even not explaining anything he provide me number for both the eyes
On computer I got 3.25 and 3.00 number for my eyes they asked me to come next day for final number but I visited on next day again same thing happened to me they asked me to read the alphabet but when I started reading after 4 to 5 alphabet they provide me number of 3.7 and 3.25 and when want to clear my doubts by asking anything to her.she is not providing right answer to me...I came out and went for second opinion to Dr Ashish k Ahuja I want to mentioned here that at Ahuja eye centre they spend more than 25 minutes on whole procedure of checking eyes which include computer generated number and eye testing by reading also...i shocked to see that there is a lot of difference in number of both the eyes which I got from Shalini eye care and Ahuja eye centre...after diluting eye for more than 45 minutes j got 2.0 number for both my eyes..they also explain every little thing to me regarding the eyes...
Dr Ahuja mentioned that we are providing u 2.0 number for left and right eyes because this is enough for u at present there is a no need for high number like 3.75 and 3.0 number...here I thanks dr Ahuja for their politiness and time they provided me...
