★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady owner talk big but service very poor.
No proper planning for guests. After taking whole money no one contact you. No supporting guide. We just completed Bhutan tour from them. Due to road closures and poor planning we reach Hasimara Rly Stn. late and missed our train Kanchankanya Exp. Very very bad behaved manager mr Mitra just leaved Station and said “our tour ended here, you arrange your own”. At the evening such at a place where no hotels are available we four family in a hard winter looking each other.......... Actually we can’t describe our experience with them and their manager Arindam Mitra who behaves like our boss.
Please be careful before booking any any package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents are above 60 years of age. And this lady from this travel agency are forcing them to travel to Kedarnath and Badrinath during the second wave. They have booked for Chardham Yatra during 2020 before the pandemic hit. And they had to cancel the trip during then. Due to the spread they didn't want to reschedule and cancel the trip. But these woman the owner of Icchey is forcing them to travel with them or else they won't return the money. Whoever is reading this, please help.

Last year in the month of October, at the time of durga puja, I along with my family of 4packs, My wife,my elder daughter and the youngest daughter, went to Bhutan which was one of my memorable tours with them.
1. Their hotel selections or the hotels they have selected starting from Jaigaon,Thimpu,Punakha and Paro were above the Mark. They were all 3 star category deluxe hotels, specially the hotels at Thimpu, Paro and Punakhar was much beyond my expectations. Specially the location was fabulous and the quality of the rooms were just mind blowing. Also the food we had taken from the hotels were Outstanding.
2. The Transport facilities provided by the company was also Very Good. The car was a foreign Toyota bus(18 seater) which gave us a very comfortable journey.
3. We had booked our Bhutan trip just to months earlier than our journey date but it was their kind co-operation to provide us with a confirm ticket though it wasn't possible to get it at the final moment.
At the end, the main thing is THE TOUR WAS REMARKABLE FOR US and Mrs Moumita Maitra(Ghosh) is a nice person who helped us in every aspects related with the tour with a kind gesture. She is a nice and a decent and a strong hearted women to speak with who deserve some respect from all of her customers.
My opinion is, one should definitely try considering a tour with Icchey Tours and Co. Which is much more reasonable as because what quality they provide at what rate is really incredible and justified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall not a bad trip, staffs were good. But what bothers is, owner has no transparency in dealings and has only motive of extracting as much money possible. Even after paying full, in the middle of the trip asked us to pay money. We were a family of four, went to Arunachal with ichhe tours and travels. Asking additional money after full payment is very alarming and a sign of fraudulence leaving the customers harassed in the middle of the trip. Although, being honest I will say the trip was overall average, esp the cook and the serving boys were very good and well behaved, but my only reason for this poor rating is where there is cheating involved, better to stay away. It's a alarm to future customers, they are non transparent with money matters and can turn180° after your booking is made. Initially she's very sugar coated with words but that's not the true nature so be very careful before choosing them.

Please Please Please dont fall for the owner Moumita's sugar coating words and if you do please be ready to pay some extra handsome bucks after getting cheated. owner has no transparency in dealings and has only motive of extracting as much money possible. What they do is they will convince you to pay half before the trip and another half affer the trip. But Even after paying full, at the end of the trip asked us to pay extra 16K. My family went to Sikkim with ichhe tours and travels. Asking additional money after full payment is very alarming and a sign of fraudulence leaving the customers harassed in the middle of the trip.
At last we had to make a POLICE COMPLAINT, and Police helped us a lot. As there is cheating involved, I would say better to stay away!!!!!!! It's an alarm to future customers, please stay away if you are travelling with your family to avoid harassments.
