★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best homeopathic medicine shops in Kolkata. Period. Important Point to note: during this Covid-19 led lockdown, the shop is open only on three weekdays (Mon, Wed and Fridays) between 10 am and 2 pm. It is not operating in its usual schedule right now.
I have been buying homeopathic medicines from them since early 2011.
Usually very crowded but both their service is excellent and stocks are very good. This is one shop where you would get most homeopathic remedies in any potency. Supplies medicines manufactured by both German and Indian companies. Perhaps, it is the only homeopathic pharmacy in Kolkata where you can get mixtures and/or concoctions of several mother tinctures tailor made for you, as per the prescription--a big help and a great service by itself. Genuine quality medicine supplier.
You also get quite a few homeopathic medicine practitioners regularly treat patients at their doctor's chamber. The proprietor, Dr D. K. Agarwal, himself is also a qualified homeopathic doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a fraud . I had tranferred money to them and they asked me to pay again and also have very poor customer service and attitude. They are like theives. As other reviews for this place also suggest they are people who will cheat you and then behave badly. It's not about the money but about the attitude. Will warm you against the place.
Let's make this clear
1. I made payment though gpay. I got the notification. My bank also send the notification that it got credited to the vendor.
2. I only asked them to check if they recived it , the cashier who had some kind of snubbing attitude said he has not. He asked the person sitting inside if the money was recived. The person from inside said ina very rude and dimmising and derogatory way that they don't care if the money was debited from me , it's not important but that they have not received it. He went on shouting and saying this
3. To this i said it will be cheating on their part for me to pay twice.and that a simple fraud .the person. sitting inside got aggresive and started abusing when i said i am a health care professional , he said he doesn't care who i am .they have the impertinance to behave badly and abuse a woman. Very diassapoimted and they also have the face to respond here in public for their activities.
4. When i said i would report them at the consumer court , at that point he said he came out out to tell me he would refundd if it got credited. Before this he was only abusing. I don't know and don't intend to buy or suggest anyone such a fraud place with such behaviour. Please Beware of the cheaters
