★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good ICICI bank branch with a young, warm, supportive staff. The space inside the bank branch is sufficient during non peak hours however you may face inconvenience during Saturday mornings when you will see more than the usual crowd is when you will feel the place is congested. Because of the limited space in this bank branch, they have moved the deposit and withdrawal area on the first floor, grievance resolution on the ground floor and account opening, locker deposits related tasks are taken care of in the basement because of which bank customers have to walk either up or down to get their work done which I believe is a bit of inconvenience for senior citizens. The thing that irks me the most is the atm area of this place which happens to have 2 machines out of which one machine remains unoperational at times. The atm machines need to replaced as they look very old, some sections of the machine look worned out. The guard never bothers to empty the garbage bin which is usually overflowing with atm receipts and other waste papers. You will also, easily find mosquitoes flying within the atm space. To sum it up, atm space needs an immediate renovation!!
