★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow, inefficient and disgusting staff members. They are unaware of their own banking app functionality and hence waste our precious time. Staff is unaware of how to prepare a DD if the request is placed through ICICI i-mobile app "instabanking" feature. After wasting my 2 hours time, they realised that the printer used to print the DD is not working. Ultimately they delayed my entire schedule for the day and i had to visit another branch to get the DD.
