I visited the branch for the first time to take the passbook,yes i didn't get it but
The passbook wali MA'AM talk very politely, explained very POLITELY that why I can't get the passbook and her behaviour was so good ,i have also visited other banks and there employees are like rude, but The Kotak Mahindra Bank Employees are really Nice and specially the passbook wali MA'AM, Thank You So much.
