★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service so bad, it looks like they're intentionally trying to close existing accounts. Management changes faster than seasons in a year, to ensure lack of ownership continues. Infact current branch manager admitted to accepting that their new banking model is all about deductions, fines and inconvenience to all account holders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found it highly irresponsible of ICICI that they have shifted this branch (to Pimpri Chowk) and have not updated on google maps. It is sad that they aren’t aware that all GPS Apps like Ola, Uber etc. use Google Maps for location service. I wasted 30mins today morning just to reach a wrong location and then take a whole round about to reach the new location (only to find “Sorry Sir, network is down today”). Overall pretty disappointing experience with ICICI.
