Don't ever fall in the LIC trap. Service is as bad as it could be. Staffs are very prone to make errors/mistakes that will impact your credit scores and waste lot of time. The manager is clueless what's going on in his office. Agents just care about you until the loan is sanctioned. They will do all the tricks and frauds to get the loan sanctioned, later on you will have to suffer.

i had experiance with mr Bendre one of agent here.he took extra money from me which he was not supposed to take.
I had my file running here from November 19,this file got rejected from lic.so,I asked them to stop my loan process and refund my money.but by the time he started ignoring my calls and sometimes giving some lie excuses.
Finally after after 6 to 8 months, few days back I myself visited the branch and recovered my money with help of manager.
Manager sir is helpfull and good person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please please do not go for LIC home loan .Its worst . I am being paying my EMI since 4 yrs.. still interest rate is very high ( 11.3 ) other bank offering 6.8 . you can't able to do part payment online. you can't get answer for any of question . Worst experience for me with LIC HFL . I
am giving this rate not for this branch but... overall LIC HFL service and polices . I do not have option to give minus or ZERO rating. PLEASE TAKE VULLU BANK LOAN NOT LIC HFL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My PMAY application was not taken for 3 years. When self submitted to application by force and told them to upload it took 4 months to upload on PMAY portal. Now it is approved. Wasted 3 month of interest due to these guys. Don't take loan from LIC

Employees will leak your spit till you take loan from here and will lie to you. Once its processed no response to your call and mails. Very pathetic service. Employees are uneducated and ill mannered.
