β β β β β The staff is very polite and cooperative. The overall experience was very nice and very comfortable for the mri scans. The facility is clean, spacious and well maintained with good hygiene.

β β β β β I cannot comment on the correctness of the diagnosis ie the expertise of the doctor. But my experience visiting this diagnostic center has not been good.
The reception staff seems to be trying hard to coordinate the operations but it looks like due to absence of system they fail to serve the patient's properly.
I had to wait for 1.5 hrs at the center for a simple USG. Only when I complained was my case taken. I wonder what happened to other patients who were waiting endlessly.
Nucleus has to work hard to put the systems into place and align all staff members to their declared goal.

β β β β β Pathetic services of the staff. My appointment was scheduled for 1 pm for MRI scan, I reached there on time. They informed me that some emergency came up and I'll have to wait for half an hour. At 1:15, they again informed me that I'll have to wait for another 45 mins.
They gave me a lame reason that they did tried to reach out to me to inform about the delay, but couldn't reach out to me. Whereas my phone worked perfectly fine.
Now I can see that they are asking the MRI scan guy to perform an X ray after he finishes his job for which I've been waiting for an hour to complete.

β β β β β They don't know how to behave with a patient suffering from anxiety and i would recommend a big no to the patients who also have claustrophobia. As they don't understand these things and would simply force to go into MRI machine and would start shouting at the patient panicking them more. I came back without doing the MRI

β β β β β This is one of the best and well equipped place for 3T MRI and other CT scan in Pimpri Chinchwad Area!!!
They took appointment over phone. There is no waiting required in que. Simplest process for registration also, The behavior of staff is very good, punctual, friendly.
You will get reports through mail within one Hour.
Here one suggestion for Nucleus Diagnostics team, at the of 3T MRI you given some small protection for ear is not sufficient. you can provide Ear plugs for Each person. that is not costly also.
Machine is having different-diffrent voice playing during MRI. for better protection ears you can give Ear Plugs.

booked appointment over phone and found it good, there was no waiting. They gave me report after approx 15 mins of scan and then sent the report to my email.
