Pathetic @healthspring Lab Worst experience I have ever had. They just take money. Worst for corporate health facility. Poor management, No professionalism. You will get zerox of reports that to without file or envelope. Didnt even give proper consultation. Give you wrong information over call. They Call you in clinic for 7/8 just for consultation and say ur report is normals thats why we will not even give u prescription. This pathetic service they provide you. Lost my 2 k in this trapped pathetic lab.

Extremely worst experience. Pathetic service. 1. They do not have breakfast facilities even you paid higher than other labs. 2. Worst for corporate health check up facilities 3. No provision for ultra sound and 2D eco. They ask you to visit And/Dange chowk labs. Which is time consuming 4. Reports are given without file.

Poor experience. It is very unprofessional staff. They don't give a proper time for doctor to come to clinic and keep wasting patients time. They don't care whether the patient is in pain or not. Also they give injections to patients in the lobby waiting area only. It is an eye opener to see such doctors doing such unprofessional treatment to their patients. This is unhygienic!

I along with 3 of dependent’s Healthcheck up appointment was scheduled in Healthspring Healthcare Pvt Ltd, Shop No. 1/2/3/4, Ground Floor, A Wing, Dwarka Suncrest, Next To Hyderabad Biryani, Kokane Chowk, Pimple Saudagar, Pune for 14 Sep2019. Some of the test were not conducted giving various reasons - * ECG was not done saying TMT was done. ** PAP Smear was not done saying – it’s not done above 65 years. No reasons given for Stool and Xray not done We had a very bad experience with this center. They were not only disorganized (keeping a tab of what test are completed) but also non commitment to the timings. We end up spending the whole day there (from 8.30 am to 4.15 pm IST – includes Sonography done at a different center) with repeated follow ups on the test that were pending. Given my Mom’s condition, TMT was not recommended but they also did not want to do ECG. Only on repeated probing, it was done. We let go the experience thinking it might be a case due to Saturday rush. We never heard back from them on the reports. On in-person inquiry on 21-Sep, we were informed that the reports are ready but the print outs have to be taken and requested us to come back in the evening. Please note we had requested for 3 additional test and paid for it at the counter. On reports, which were supposed to be also send over email, we only got 3 blood reports through email. When they shared the reports, I found that the reports of additional test and the PAP smear test (for me) report was missing. They checked and took printouts for a couple of test. however they were unable to find the reports on few. On further investigation , they informed us on Sunday morning that the samples were unusable for these tests and hence requested for recollection of sample and were enquiring for our address. 1.They did not take additional sample for the tests , we infact asked them to do include the additional tests after the sample collection. If they couldn’t do the additional test, what’s the authenticity the other tests for which they took the sample would have been rightly done. 2.What’s the point of doing registration when they want us to give the address details again. It was not confirmation but asking the details again. I am sure this explains why the reports were not shared over email? Now on the reports, they just took the printouts and shared Xerox copies. Originals were not shared. Xerox copies were stapled and included as a with the Sonography report done at third party. Simple medical checkup (Physical Stats – Height, Weight, BP and XRays, Doctor Consultation) details were missing . I am absolutely unhappy with all 4 checkups and the reports and have serious doubts on the report authenticity.Please avoid Pimple Saudagar Healthspring center

Appointments are poorly managed. Not enough space in the clinic to accomodate number of appointments given. Delay in providing reports even after multiple follow ups. Getting pathology and radiology tests done wastes a lot of time. However, staff members are humble and responsive.

Very pathetic service ever I seen in hospital . I could not even imagine for this type of staff and the service for health check up . I took appointment around 7 days ago for my mother for 8 AM and reached on time at pimple Saudagar branch but hospital was locked . after 10 min receptionist came to open hospital . When I provided necessary document to receptionist ,she started asking mail from medibuddy which was having package details . I have provided already appointment email print but still that was not sufficient for her . this people even do not have package details also and they are taking corporate health check up appointment . I have to check for fasting blood sugar for my mother so, I was waiting for technician who can take blood and then we can process for further test after breakfast but technician came at 8.55 am instead of 8 am . Later as per service other hospital offer free breakfast but this center / hospital is not having paid breakfast service also. patient have to go outside to take breakfast and need to come again for further test which is time consuming .at least they should offer paid service . Somehow we had outside and came for further test and again I was waiting for around 50 min for further check up for my mother . I am already 8 month pregnant and I was with my mother to guide her at the time of check up . After seeing my situation also this hospital staff was very relax to provide service for every check up. They are not bother at all for further person and their health . In Package total 32 test was available and for that test only 1 doctor is present who is specially for gynecologist . Their were no physician separately available , no sonography center available . We have to go to other sonography center which is approx 2 KM away . My mother given her 1st blood sample at 9.05 am and total process took around 5 hr which is not actual required time for the mentioned test . After taking this much time of patient , this staff is not even said sorry for single time . other people was also taking on the service but staff was shameless and busy in their own stuff . After seeing this type of staff and service I am worried for report , whether this will be proper or not . My humble request to all who is reading this review , please avoid to take treatment from this hospital .

Good place for your general regular health checkups! Although there is a parking space constraints you will have a tough time finding one. Staff is polite and packages are good for lab tests. Cleanliness well maintained. Also membership packages are provided where you also get discounts on checkups and pharmacy. Overall a good place.
