★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My journey with Dr. Pratibha Chavan began 2 years ago when i visited her for pre-pregnancy checkups through online search. Since then she has always been supportive and gave me the best treatment. She treated me like her family member.
When during pregnancy I went through high risk phase, I was treated with utmost care and support by Ma’am and hospital staff. Pratibha ma’am was always there through watsapp, messages and calls to answer all my queries whenever I had any doubts.
Hospital staff ( Seema, Neha, Sunanda abd Maushi) were always very cooperative.
I am falling short of words to show my gratitude to Pratibha Ma’am and her staff.
Dr. Pratibha Ma’am has been blessed for blessing everyone with the most precious gift of life.
Clinic is very clean and hygenic and even the smallest thing of the patient os taken care of.
I wish Ma’am and her staff all the very best for future.

We are glad that we choose Dr. Pratibha chavan as our doctor
for first pregnancy ...
During all visits, we felt comfortable and felt safe with madam. We got day/ night support from madam and hospital staff. Throughout our time we got good care and advice on food, diet, medicine, and exercise.
We loved the sonography experience when madam is not around as we could spend much more time in seeing our child. Also all the time we got enough feedback on the child, good hearing & seeing our baby that too in corona times Really appreciated.
We loved Galaxy Hospital with special treatment - from Pratibha madam.
Special thanks to the polite Hospital staff, always supportive and attentive.
Really liked the sonography experience. Thank you, Dr.Divya!

I brought my wife here . She wrote some test . Receptionist insisted to get them done only in the hospital but the rates were 200% to 300% higher than outside labs so i got them done from outside. This made the dr pratibha irritated. She did not prescribed medicine saying she don't believe the test.
Also hospital took consultation charges on Monday while my last visit was on Friday. So they have made a system to extract money out of pateint's pocket.

Today i gonna explain my beautiful pregnancy journey with Dr.Pratibha Chavan...
Its been more than a month now to my delivery. I got pregnant in March 2021 and had my very first ultrasound on 18th April with Dr.Pratibha. in the first ultrasound baby's heartbeat was a bit low so dr.suggested to have a ultrasound after 10 days again... Then we had our next sonography after 10 days and everything seems fine at that time... I weighed 101 kg at that time and was really scared about my journey.. She suggested me not to gain more weight as it is already at higher side... I started tooking my diet properly n weight didn't gain more than a kg in first 3 months... She took every step so precautionary in my case due to my excess weight.. more than me she was scared of my pregnancy.. Her whole moto was to deliver a healthy mother and healthy baby by the end of journey..We were expecting bp and diabetic problems.. she suggested me to take both the home kits to measure at regular intervals...in the second trimester i started gaining weight... I controlled my diet to much extend but still i gain a lot of weight in my pregnancy... She used to monitor bp n sugar at regular intervals so that things should be under control.. like this journey went smoothly.. now started the 9th month... She started tracking more cautiously and took all the precautions so that I can have a full term pregnancy.. mine could be normal delivery as well but due to excess thighs weight i got operated for further complications. At the end of pregnancy i weighed 123kg.. and we were damn scared how things will go.. but with God's grace i m blessed with a beautiful daughter on 7th December 2021.. Thanks to my Dr. a lot for this wonderful journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my daughter, who is 14 years old, to Dr. Pratibha Chavan. She was suggested sonography and blood tests. The receptionist quite strongly insisted me (and other patients also) on getting blood tests only from their clinic as its cheap. Still, I decided to get the tests done from outside, which irked them. When i went to show them the reports (without the patient), then, even though i reached their before appointment time, they made me wait for 1.5 hours. Frustrated, I told them, i will write a review on how i am waiting from so long when it is a two minute report checking task. Then, they sent me in after talking to Dr. Pratibha Chavan. The doctor, strangely asked my why i am not wearing N95 mask (when i was wearing double mask). Strangely, her receptionist and everyone else were not wearing N95. In fact, some of her staff had their masks down from their nose and i was actually wearing double mask. Further, they charged me Rs 500 consultation fees without the patient even being there.
I completely agree with some other reviews about this clinic, that they are there to just milk money and suggest sonography and other tests to all patients. What a sorry state of affairs. Choose wisely and avoid them if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was in March that we discovered I was pregnant through a home pregnancy test. Given we are not native to Pune our hunt for a tried and tested gynaec was more functional and less based on recommendations. We searched online and based on testimonials we zeroed in on Pratibha ma'am. And we were not disappointed in our experience at all. From the first visit she was friendly, warm and more importantly very particular about every aspect of the process.
Each time she explained our scans in detail and guided us for next steps/precautions. Due to some stress after four months a minor spotting issue arose and obviously we were scared. But Pratibha ma'am went all out to check everything around and also helped us calm down. Given how fast paced our lives are we needed someone who took care of these nine months like a family member. If she used to say “don’t worry” then we knew everything is fine because she would have double checked every aspect.
I went for a planned c-section and it went very smoothly. I had no hiccups in surgery or recovery. She has prepared me for every step - pros and cons - and it went exactly as she had explained. I had no surprised along the way and that was very calming for me as well as my husband. We knew what to do or expect.
Additionally the in clinic experience is very good - staff is attentive and very friendly. Dr Divya who takes care of sonography is very involved and exactly how Pratibha ma'am is super particular about every bit of the exercise.
I recommend Pratibha ma'am to any and everyone looking for a medical journey without any hiccups and filled with an exceptional support system

I was blessed with cute healthy baby boy on 23 Feb 21.
During pregnancy It was peak time of Covid wave and we were very much concerned about visits to clinic and overall treatment.
Thanks to Dr. Pratibha and her team for taking care of all our concerns and providing best help, support, guidance and treatment.
In just couple of visits we knew we were at right place and continued treatment for complete 9 months period.
Dr. Pratibha will help you understand overall growth of baby, give time to explain in details required treatment and answer all your queries in friendly manner. Most importantly she helps you understand and take right decisions at right time that will help you and your baby.

We started consulting during conception phase and went through lot of ups and downs but Pratibha Ma'am was always there to support and guide us.
Even during the surgery and post surgery she made sure that I was comfortable and ensured was taken care of.
She was always available for us even on phone. She explains all things in details to ensure patient is comfortable and takes informed decisions. The staff here is very polite , helpful and make sure all your queries are answered .
