★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service .. After home collection , it was promised to deliver report in email by night 9.30.. It was a crucial report awaited for further treatment .. But no report update in email . No one picking up call at Center & the collection boy.. This is what we get after paying heavy charges for home collection .. Totally disappointed

Stepped back 2 times continuously because of the waiting time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They claim report will be avaible next day and send a sms saying it would be after 2 days, no one responsible for delay and just to take business they lie, I m in urgent need of report as my fever is not going away from last 4 days and now they r delaying the report by one more days, very pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mannerless lab assistant.. she don't know how to interact with people on phone... her voice and the way of talking had an air of nonchalance and rudeness. Vitalife and golwilkar management should teach some manners to their employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service overall . To recollect the sample I have to followup for almost three days . In person visit with patient to lab but technician unables to take blood sample .Talk to customer care ,everytime narrating the whole flashback .they scheduled homw visit but nothing happened . Horrible and frustrating experience . I realize their real clients are doctors not patients ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somehow my experience was very good at this lab. The attendant explained me the procedure for taking blood sample and answered my queries properly. They way she took the Blood was one of the best. Felt no pain. The report was sent to me over email by evening.
I got discount also (resident of roseland).
