★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located just opposite the Hulimavu Main Road entrance archway on the main Bannerghatta Road. It is not a very large branch size-wise. It has four atm machines. I visited the atm lobby on a Sunday and three out of the four machines were working and dispensing cash while one of them was out of order. My machine dispensed my requirement in denominations of ₹500, ₹200, and ₹100, so I got good amount of change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience ,2 time have visited and both the time they have made me to wait for more than one hour for 5 minutes work.The staffs themselves thinking that they are working in some notionalised bank.The loan officer guy who sitting in the counter thinks that he is the super boss of the branch and working very slow .The branch manager is unfit to be in sitting his position , employees are fighting themselves and he is sitting inside the AC room and not bother about the customer service. Everyone who visits the bank they have other works also to do so bank employees should keep this in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch staff is only interested in getting business. They are constantly behind you when they need you to take some plans like FD, investments but God help you when you actually have issues and need their help. When I needed assistance their systems went down, the RM (Shweta Kumari) who was very happy to give her business card to me when she wanted me to start an FD didn't answer my calls when I my new debit card was not working. I strongly advise go to any other branch except this one. Very bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could add your CEO @Sandeep Bakhshi here and feel ashamed.
At the branch Each and every staff member are on phone with their loved once.
You ask them a questions and they will nod and send you to different counter.
The Manager is roming without mask with no sense of responsibility.
I had a couple of things to furnish in bank today and I spent 45 mins and accomplished nothing.
I'm an NRI customer and I am closing my account today.
Shame on you people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Went to deposit cash before 3pm, due to their own system reasons, Cashier and Deputy Manager refused. Their rude behavior is not acceptable...
Certainly I will take up this matter at higher level if this is happening for previlage and salary account customers. Useless branch. Dont want visit this branch again.
