I placed the order for a geyser 2 days ago and it is yet to arrive, on following up with them multiple times, they say that their systems were down that's why delivery was delayed, the next day, I had to follow up 3-4 times but received responses like it will come by today. The geyser technician has already called to check the geyser was delivered and said he would be on leave the next day. No sense of urgency, very poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, not that big showroom but has fair collection in electronic goods. Has latest TV arrivals in brands like Sony and Samsung. I liked the way staff explain important details about the product you are planning to purchase. But the bad part is, unlike other reputed electronic store, they hide product MRP and spend time in searching catlog when asked for one. They offer good discount if you purchase two or more products together. The store is slightly congested due to large no. of electronic goods and relatively small space.

I bought adzen(they ill say their own home brand) company tv year ago now that tv back light was now gone. When went and asked them how much for changing back light they are telling 5000rs while in outside shops its 2000rs. When i asked why this much they are telling will give proper one without any warranty and max it ill come upto 2 years so that i need to pay yearly 5000 for that backlight. When i asked more questions he told change your tv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This showroom needs lot of improvents especially in delighting the customers. Everyone prefers to talk in local language. Sales guy does not know the technical stuff of the product. Once the sales happened, their behaviour is completely differs. No respect at all.

this is the best part of this showroom , they just don't treat well at the time of buying even after that any issues you face they will try to solve asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. Offers are given. Recently purchased fridge here. Having good amount of inventory and other electronic products. Parking is available. Some year end offer is going on and it's good compared to other big stores like croma and reliance digital. Price is good and staffs are behaved well. No covid19 precautions taken. No sanitizer and some staffs are without masks.
