★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Yamaha YAS 207 at HT store and Mr. Lokesh and team supported me very well in the selection by giving good demo. Their help for installation and the demo post installation was also commendable ! It’s a great place for home theatre systems and the team led by Mr. Lokesh has excellent technical knowledge. Thank you !
[18-May-2019]: Hardly one and half month after the YAS207 sound bar plus sub woofer product was purchased, the power boards of sound bar and sub-woofer got damaged probably due to voltage fluctuation. When I called the owner of this store, the tone was completely apathetic. There is no eagerness that’s there when product was bought.
He said you should have installed a stabiliser and I asked you must have given a recommendation. Then when I asked why my TV and media player were not damaged , there is no answer.
When you can’t empathise with customers , even if you have knowledge it’s of not much use. It will be useful for sales but not bring repeated customers. Now I directly approached Yamaha Gurgaon and discussing with them the product issues and they reponded on-time . I strongly recommended to them that they need to teach same kind of etiquette to so called authorised dealers. With this experience I am reducing the rating of HT store from 5 to 3

Lokesh and his team of technicians did a wonderful job educating on options, recommendations without being pushy. I ended up buying two systems. They have a great range and cater to different budgets, audio quality and choice of brands.

They won't try to sell out the costliest products, they try to understand your requirements provide guidance around them.. I got beautiful pair of bookshelf speakers and surround speakers along with Yamaha receiver v485.. this is a bang on deal which I am very happy.
