Went to purchase an Apple Macbook product, the sales person in charge of these products was late for work and no other sales persons were ready to help apart from telling us to wait a bit longer. After about 45 minutes the sales person arrived, and didn't seem enthusiastic about selling us the product, had bare minimum politeness and helpfulness, didn't help with voucher redemption, kept us on wait in between our transaction and went to assist another customer.
Also rather unhappy with croma store discounts, as their managers said they're offering at best pricing, although their competitors (reliance digital) were ready to give better offers on request and were all in all more enthusiastic about selling their products and advising on our purchasing options

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. Initially it was good but now it's not worth buying anything from.here. we have to wait and follow up for installation. They don't do anything from their side. Very very poor. They only speak good until u pay the amount , then the real problem starts of constantly following up with them. They even close the service request before it's resolved and we can't even open it. I would suggest visiting reliance digital which is nearby where customer service is much better and they attend customer well without follow up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy a mobile phone and had to wait for long at the counter bill. There were many staffs available at the counter bill but everyone was busy talking and laughing and didn't pay attention to my request. Half an hour I waited for their response and finally I had to leave my item there. Very disappointed to see their service. They were not sorry for their behavior even.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service at Chroma Meenakshi Mall. Staffs are in their own world. They did not even bother to help customer. I went to buy mixer grinder and spent around 1 hour to carry the product after packing.

The staff is so knowledgeable and would immediately answer any query, for an instance I asked the staff what is the length of 65 inch sony tv and he knew that by heart, I was so impressed by that I decided to buy that TV. The time they take to learn everything about electronics and stay upto date is really commendable. Kudos to staff and management. Thanks ?

- the store layout, easy to navigate the products.
- a good and wide range of products. From headphones to top of the range refrigerators.
- quality products at competitive prices.
Negative:
- although we did find a very helpful sales executive, my wife and I were a little disappointed with the engagement of a couple of the other staff members we initially spoke with.
