β β β β β Even In the time of Corona, the auto voice system is not working. The system do not respond to your reply. I phoned 33667777. It did not work to help my need to get FY statement. I tried in Hindi as well as English. Related several time but without any success.

β β β β β Worst experience .Don't apply for home loan with ICICIBANK , it's legal team is for harassment after one month of processing of loan and getting sanction letter they denied for the loan .They keep on demanding unrealistic documents.They just waste time. One of the worst experience. I won't recommend ICICIBANK for home loan to any one.

Very pathetic and rude behaviour of staff.
Customer service facilities is poor.
Only for email id updation it took more than 14 days, still it is not updated.
If app and website works fine , then there is no need to visit bank 2 - 3 times for such silly reason again and again.And the staff reply with βmaine toh kar diya hai yaha se update, ab q nai ho raha hai muje nai pataβ .Such negligence is not expected from renowned bank.
Please follow your tag line β hum hai na , khayal apkaβ with your customer by giving quick and good response for the issues faced by the customers.
