★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional... When I went with my repeated complaint they don't have any answer. And when I said not happy with them and would like to close my bank accounts, branch manager had no problem and told me to do so... Seems like customers are not their priority..

Can you please explain what is the benefit of opening online bank account in ICICI, if for the digital signature we have to visit the branch office?
Can you please show me where in ICICI website, it is mentioned that thumb impressions and digital signature needs to be submitted to branch office within few months after creating online account, else bank will deactivate your account.
And If this is the case, then we should get at least one email, one call or notification to do so. What is the reason behind directly FREEZING saving account WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.
On top of that, to activate the online account if we visit to branch office, why do your staff says, due to lockdown tab service must be not working?
If you cannot help customers to activate their accounts which are decativated without any notice in this critical pandemic, why would anyone open online account in ICICI?
Hope, I will get the response soon.

Sonavne he is busy with his own personal things in office Rather than giving proper solution he jus without seeing whole issue says bank cnt do anything with complaint..he just waste time of customer without taking their complaints

On this address neither service branch and not an any atm .
Request to everyone please dont visit this place.
It's worthless so Better visit to east branch which is opposite to pooja healthcare
also request to #icici bank please update the address for dombivali West as well as east.
