★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited ICICI lokgram kalyan east branch for exchange of cash and deposit some Rs500 and 1000 notes even though there was rush, but no problems as such the staff there was quite helpful and cooperative providing you all necessary information and helping you in all possible ways, everything was very well managed.Also liked the courtesy of security staff providing drinking water to people standing in the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is just hopeless since one month there passbok machine is not working they can't even fix one problem many people come and go as this only bank near by for me I have to all the way long 5 km to other branch for one stupid reason to apply for passbook giving one star I went September 2020 machine was not working then went in October 2020 still was not working
