β β β β β This bank is too good and their staff also very Cooperative with us and I like this bank as compared to other bank my suggestion is this to open your account in this banks if you want to opening a account because when also you have problem or other issue with bank staff is everytime ready to help you compared to other bank staff and this bank staff is very friend friendly with you but this banks ATM is mostly closed and other that your decision ok thanks for reading this review if you like this review then like it thanks

Specially gold loan.
Withdrawal amt and intrest rate withought notice and not solving issues in Branch.
Costomer care is flop.
Dont take loan hear.

β β β β β The bank and staffs are giving excellent service. Unlike other public sector banks, the staff in this bank is always supportive and provide quick service. One does not need to spend long hours in bank waiting for their work to get done.

β β β β β Did not have ZERO rating unfortunately. Experience: Opened a zero balance account in September. After 1 month waiting when I enquired why my kit didn't reach my place. The reply I got is there was some problem with ATM chip & they had inadequate stock. After more waiting I again enquired in November where they told that it is already dispatched through Indian post (Here I was expecting delivery through a quality courier service but they preferred HIGH QUALITY GOVT. COURIER FACILITY) which neither reached my place nor did I even get a single call checking where my location exactly was (Probably must be lying in office only as they might not want to deliver but rather want the customers coming to offices). Due to busy schedule I don't get time to go to banks. Now in Jan I went to bank again & requested for a new kit (I asked upfrontly if it was chargeable whereas the manager who was attending me should've told upfrontly that duplicate card would be chargeable). I was expecting free of cost repleacement of kit as I didn't receive any kit & they were the one selecting HIGH PROFILE GOVT. COURIER SERVICE. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. It's said 1st impression is the last impression and this is the 1st impression they give. (EVEN BEFORE KIT REACHING YOU). LOST 1 CUSTOMER.
