Local nearby branches not providing any solution or showing concern to resolve issue. Saying this something they can not do anything..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am customer of ICICI bank from past 20 years. The services of ICICI bank was outstanding in initial years in India. Now I have open NPS account and added ICICI bank my POP. But for my KYC confirmation, I have visited twice to bank branch and POP branch office Pune Ghole Road.
The are least interested in customer KYC confirmation through CBS (core banking system).
They are simply asking me to bring print out , we will stamp and you send post to NPS.
It is very hard to explain this to customer care , they ask me to visit nearest Branch.
Branch representatives are only beautiful queens ,they don't know any procedure. They ask me to take support for customer care.
Customer care is so much automated that it another level of frustration.
ICICI Top Management are you listening me???
