★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diz branch is far better than kalina branch .In kalina branch staff were very rude no time to attend buzy on personal work whereas in diz bank they attend customers nicely must appreciate the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, no customer value, stop warming your chairs and resolve customer issues. Please please please don't force your customers to move on. Time is not far when you ask customer to come to you and we will not even consider you good enough to have our account. Very very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verry irresponsible staff over there in BKC Branch.. I had horrible experience over there regarding banking..I am closing my Axis Bank account for this reason. The staff there feel that they are doing people a favor. The staff have to first learned that there is a bank because there are account holders like us. Learn to respect every account holder, otherwise the bank will not take long to go bankrupt.
