★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Building No Longer Belong to IDBI Bank Limited. They have closed the corporate office there and sold it to Securities and Exchange Board of India. It's renamed as SEBI Bhavan II. It still houses IDBI Branch in one portion of the ground floor. Please edit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst bank and poor customer care. They don't know how to resolve a complaint and each customer care gives their wrong resolution and finally called supervisor and he said complaint will be resolved within 3-4 working days but customer care executive says it takes 30-40 days to resolve my complaint. My amount was stuck with IDBI payment gateway and was not refunded back into my account and struggling to get back my amount.Very worst service. This is the third time am facing the issue.

From the security to the other staff is so rude, Like they owned the bank..they will make you feel guilty for doing any business with this branch..SPECIFICALLY NO STAR#

But pranali mam changed my entire perception and helped me through out the process. So great while talking and giving alternatives.. people like her make the customer and company relation much stronger and smooth. Thanks pranali mam. Great experience with IDBI BKC branch.
