No Bank call centre it’s a 3rd party Call centre run by hgs
No growth
No promotion
Too much work load too much office hours
Pathetic now on Sunday also they are calling us
While In offer letter they said it will be compulsory off on Sunday
Being a cse it’s very bad to work under sumaiya khan too much pressure from her side to cses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hi im an account holder since 2013 i had a small query and i Spoke to team leader Babita for help and she was of no help and in fact she was rude and aggressive with me. She hang up on me and did not have any update on the query. I’m also a teacher and have never seen pathetic behaviour. Immediate action should be taken against her

1) late nights bosses chat insecurity’s for husband not an official email or chat timing
2) Not recommended
3) Not 20% staff is coming as a civic rule entire team is on the floor more then 300 people

5)very odd places for female staff specially late to travel not at all safety job for women as no transportation
6) Vice President Hussain khan he gather 50 people on one place no Covid rule followed by him No masks wearing
7) Very greedy Hussain for money not for the employees sake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IDFC bank services are getting dipped day by day. Previously they were better now a days services are worst and even if you raise a concern they doesn't even care to response and ignore it. Not happy with there services at all holding the account for more than 3 years but still even been treated fairly. Never expected this from IDFC bank ever.

I am requesting idfc official to shutoff this kind of call. Otherwise i am Going for legal as I have recorded all calls
