★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is going to dogs.Our family has banked with them for more than 50 yrs.Since quite smtime,the service is getting WORST.They dont take calls at Goregaon West branch,Mumbai.Current manager,Srivastav is a useless man too.They lack basic manners.We have 12 to 15 accounts with them.NIMISH SHAH.GOREGAON WEST.SICK BANK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience from "BRIA, Branch, Ghaziabad" on account number portability facility. They are NOT accepting there is such facility. Account transfer request can be raise in destination branch as well, no need to visit home branch for this. And behavior. god save us on government undertaking banks, bas salary aani chahiye kaam ki jankari, dhele bhar ki bhi na ho. Response time 40-45 min baad batya, ye information, tab tak bank me zhak maar raha tha.
