β β β β β Even for giving single checkbook which is delivered in branch, 2 women's in front desk taking to much time. They even know that there is big line outside bank still wasting time very disappointed with this particular branch.

Staffs are not interacting with the customers properly and even they don't respect also. Even though we are waiting outside in queue for hours they are not giving proper service to the customer and are talking each other without knowing that the customers are waiting. I asked for the status of my check book which i have issued one female staff said she don't know.
I would like to give zero star.

β β β β β This kind of people make the world better place to live.. I visited this branch for demand draft but as it was first time I didn't know I have to carry cheque for it, I informed the same to concerned person genuinely and she extended her support as an exceptional case and issued DD to me on basis on ID card and direct deduction from account. Not sure about her position but name was Puja more.. Thanks

β β β β β Having private initiative and ATM almost working with smaller denominations. But the machine needed to be updated being very old. There were always security.

β β β β β Worst branch ever, worst service ,worst experience.They can't even complete kyc procedure,took 1 month still my bank account isn't opened. They are more focused on attachment(demat,rd ,etc) with bank account rather than opening one. I did accepted there procedure still bank acc kyc is pending(from their end,i have already submitted all my required doc ).Staff don't even pickup calls from customer.

Staffs are not interacting with the customers properly and even they don't respect also. They don't receive calls and not proper response they are not giving proper service to the customer and are talking each other without knowing that the customers are waiting. Whenever I asked questions in branche staff there is one female staff said she don't know always. Only cashier doing there work properly and others are helpless people's.
I would like to give zero star.
To this bank also and this branch also.

so don't take any business card from their icici branch.
