★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the perfect location of this icicibank as the station nerul is nearby even uran pahata the connecting highway cover both highway and train passernger covered as the banking need both are being covered by road or by rail ,location is also nearby prominent land mark wonderlnd which is very famous location in nerul area, the icici bank is also just beside the main road which cater the need prominantly ,the ATM of icicibank is 24x7active for any kind of emergency need of cash and limited service available through ATM of icicibank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff has No knowledge... they don't wanna help if ur asking them about products which don't have incentives things don't work out... and branch manager is the worst of all, I got fed up of no 1 replying to my queries and went to her cabin to talk to her she was fine yapping with some 1 in her cabin I waited outside for 10 mins n den she send that person out to say ma'am is sick she won't talk to u today... lol save urself from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars to this branch. The branch manager, Vaishali Mahajan does not respond to her own emails for months. Despite calling and mailing her, she has been pawning off her work onto other employees. In conjunction with ICICI Pru life employees, who have now either absconded or been fired, ICICI bank employees do not take responsibility for giving misinformation and promoting fraudulent banking and life insurance services.
