★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bank cooperative peoples. We just need to do only one thing - Follow up politely. I observed bank has many old or uneducated costumers who takes staffs time to understand the procedures. This hammpers staffs performance many times.
Otherwise it's a very good bank & staff is cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Bank & Staff always helpful,but some customers don't understand as they keep asking same query to each & every staff member & keep them occupied.
Since I have net banking no issues at all zero time wasted in bank branch since last 8-9 years plus only visited branch twice or thrice in last 9 years for statement & draft purpose when website is down.
The best way I feel to do banking with SBI is take right of Net banking & SBI YONO app is one stop shop .But some people wanna continue visiting branch may GOD save them????????.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Sbi bank ever is in Nerul West branch... Bad service.. People's have to wait for hours to get get a simple passbook entry and the bank manager is simply good for nothing.. In 2021..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bad behaviour with coustomar. All new staff all the way so coustomar always have problem with staff and bank. Bada upkar kar rahe hai coustomar pe ye log sbi enko pay karata hai to coustomar se kya lena dena kuch yesa hai.
