To deposit it go machine in side of bank.
Very poor quality of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Union branch of Navi Mumbai. It's a dead zone and the staff is clueless and rude. The systems have high downtime. Very poor service and staff is uneducated, gives false and incorrect information, need to visit multiple times for same kind of work.

Stop fooling your customers and get it corrected such a pathetic bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who have gave good reviews I really doubt it. This is the worst bank for customer service. Their staff dont know the c in customer service. For same kind of work one need to visit multiples times. I went for kyc by taking a day off from my work and the staff said it cant be done today come on Monday. I asked I can't take a off for this task again why you are making me come again for such small task, both of the ladies staff started speaking(lol usually they don't speak immediately if you are asking for nay help) then Why are you here if it is small task like literally is this the way of speaking to customer ?. I wish I could give 0 star.
