★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and rude service by the staff and branch manager. They cheated my wife on interest rate on maturity of fd today. We are never coming to deposit our saving. We are withdrawing our fd money from here. Someone should train them proffesionally.
Give them product knowledge and technical training about listing behavior, not preassumming or day dreaming . In this case bank manager and the concern staff must get suspended or dicipilinery action must be taken on them. How can you misguide the customers and cheat. This is disgussting. Shamefull and very dissapointing behaviour. Who will face loss of 4k on interest rate on fd for entire year. Nonsense!!!!!!
