The worst Branch I have ever seen ... worst ever manager Sangeeta least bothered about customers and worst staff ever specially Sonam and prachi ... they don't know how to talk also after filing a complaint against them when they called us illiterate stoll no action is taken from the zonal manager and finally I m closing my accounts coz no one is bothered... if at all kotak bank director or any higher authority is reading it do a string operation and you will get to know reality about your bank staff specially the worst ever human being on this planet Sangeeta the so called manager

Worst experience ever. When I had to gone change my salary account to zero balance account Pooja from Nerul East branch told me to wait for 5mins and after when peon came and asked if my adhaar card Xerox has to be taken or not she said directly in front of I will only attend her once my work is done. How such people are kept to work when they don't have a polite way to talk.

Very bad Manager of Kotak bank. Some Sangeeta Mukherjee. I went for clarification but no one helped me. So I thought she will help me. But when I entered her cabin. She asked first question. Kya hua. Kya Chahiye. I said few clarifications. She said check with my staff. She was not wearing mask and then when is said your staff is always busy so she started shouting at me and said so can't you wait till they get free and said pls go out. I want to close my cabin. What is this kotak bank ??? Are you guys here for government job??? Pls take action against this bad behaviour of Sangita Mukherje of Kotak bank Nerul branch.

A strong complaint against Branch Manager Sangeeta of Kotak Bank Nerul branch and Reception lady Prachi and Sonveer from helpdesk . They have shouted at me several times when I asked them the procedure to get FIXED DEPOSIT RECEIPTS. Continuously they keep saying do it from online on your own and made me run from one desk to another . When I said why you guys are making me run so the lady Prachi misbehaved with Me and then she said go to that desk. They kept doing this. Which made me angry and I said why can't one desk help me so branch manager Sangeeta came and she started misbehaving with me. I kept saying please understand, your ex employees know me very well and they have always helped me but she tried to manipulate this conversation and said you mean to say that you have problem with all the branch managers. This is really not fair . I am very angry and I want you to take action against this by seeing their actions in cctv camera. I wish you could have recorded voice in cctv because they were just making me angry and shouting at me . I want you all to take strict action against the branch manager Sangeeta of nerul branch. Of this will continue, I have to close my account immediately and put a big complaint against Nerul branch kotak bank

I had my salary account with Kotak. On 16 I received mail regarding balance maintenance charges. Immediately I respond on mail, but didn't get any response. Today morning I call in Nerul branch spoke with Ms. Pooja and brief her everything till the I was polite she was rude with me when I get hiper than she answered my question. During this pandamic where other bank are reducing EMI's. Here these so called people are asking to maintain funds and without any notification they freeze the account with knowing anything. Dirty people with good positions. I hope someone from there mgmt read my post and help me out for the same.

My salary acc has been freeze due to kyc not update with the bank. so the bank has decided to freeze my salary acc and not allow me to make online payment withdraw from Atm or through cheque... but it is accepting payment received in my kotak account from other bank (my salary got credited on 26th feb) or upi very sad to understand a salaried person salary is blocked with the bank for such a long period. Where we have to make lots of payment in day today (house rent, monthly grocery, electricity payment, gas bill, internet connection for kids online studies, medicen etc) i have submitted all the required documents as asked by the bank on 3rd march 2021 and since i m following up with bank on everyday but answer is the same lots of people kyc is pending, backend team is doing it, and many other reason... atlest after submitting documents u people should unfreeze my account so that i dont have to ask money from other to pay bill. very pathatic service even the manager is not able to give deadline by when it will be done

Very poor service towards the customers, I'm sharing my recent experience as I did online transaction of 13 thousands on 12th March it was my college fees, also my transaction completed successfully and amount also debited from my account but the amount as not credited to beneficiary account till yet, it was my college fees but because the college bank have not received any amount from me they're not allowing me to attend the exam. Here I'm dispointed with the service of the kotak bank I also called to the customer care regarding the same issue but no get the proper response from them, they just registered but not gave me the solution if the amount will credit back or it will credit to the beneficiary account and gave me more 7 working days time which is very much delay from the kotak bank side. You should immediately credit back the amount to the account holder if the amount is stucked because of some technical issues and also should not say the customer to wait for 7 days. Kindly take this on serious note.

Very bad experience Arti mishra is very rude and not at all trustable before 2-3 days my brother went there for his 811 kyc she made him sign unnecessary forms without him knowing the details . It is her duty to explain him what forms he is signing. She made him sign the Demat account form which was not needed . When he first went there she again asked him to visit the branch and sign other forms saying something was wrong in previous forms . She is again and again calling for unnecessary otps . Disappointing behavior by a banking staff . If someone is working how will he visit the branch so many times just for the kyc which should be done in one visit . Pathetic service .
