★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this branch to take my passbook but the Deputy Manager refused to give me that and asked me to come after three days I went again and they said that your passbook is not delivered and asked me to fill a form to obtain passbook. I mentioned that in the form there is not any option written for passbook as of my knowledge there is no need any form to obtain pass book but The Deputy Manager argued . I said you are making me full. He said who is manager here and misbehaved with me he is very arrogant. Does not know how to talk to people. I thought I will complain this to branch manager but he is also absent. They do whatever they fell like. There is no any boss whom you can complain. For just a passbook I m wandering bank from last one week. Still haven't received my passbook.
I want the ICICI bank or manager of these Bank Please take strict action against your Deputy Manager. Who don't know How to talk to people and making fool customer for his personnel gain.
I am attaching the form which Deputy Manager ask me to fill and after submitting that he even not given any acknowledgement slip make me sign to two times at two different location. I am afraid that he can misuse that form.
