★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small branch with an ATM outside. Quick service. Car parking is a problem. Avoid visiting during school start or end timings. One school right across the street and another one within 100 metres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banking experience with Mayur Colony ICICI branch. Staff is worst, not at all friendly. Without your consent, their marketing employees activate any random insurance plans on your account, and you get to know only when your EMI is deducted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Manager (Lady) has no respect towards clients and my staff went to inquire for my bank account issue but that madam didn't treat him friendly and poor behaviour. I preferred previous madam (i don't remember name but tall lady)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We completed all the formalities to update second account holder's name to the account and the ICICI bank Mayur colony branch simply sat on our request for more than 6 months and don't even have the courtesy to apologize for not doing their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to update my contact number but din't carry photocopy.Though there was a working photocopy machine the bank staff asked me to bring my own copies and not proceed without it. I am planning to close my account here due to such bad service. I have my account in other banks .Same time i went to Kotak Mahindra bank for same purpose. They offered me water tea and did all the formalities using my original documents.I must say ICICI should learn some etiquettes from their competitors.
