★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have nri account .bank has very poor service , i got charges four time on my account for debit card fees also one time charged me 588 rupees they told me i will get photo debit card but still get regular , after i complaint i got call from bank his name jatin he told me i will get another card without charges but i will not get money back what charged already , then after he send me regular card and charged me three times , now he do not give me reply for that on phone i send my friend there and he said when i come back to india i will get my money back not now , should i have to go india for that , he just rip off me , bank is responsible for this , i m thinking to do police case to kalol branch now for fraud , manager should take action agains to jatin and sholved this problem
