The staff there is not cooperative at all and they make the customers run from here to there for no reason.
Connectivity is gone almost everytime.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to open account here.

1. We needed our home loan Documents
2. One Rep and so called Deputy Branch Manager instructed that this request can only be processed in selected branches.
3. Such special branch nearest to us was 12KM away. We had no choice so we went there.
4. After reaching there, they said I didn't have to come so far and this could be done in almost any branch.
5. We came back here for some other documents and all of a sudden they were ready to take same requests that they denied previously !
Carelessness and ignorance of 2 officials here, had us waste time and petrol with increased risk of covid !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish it was possible to give negative or Zero rating. The officials at this branch are completely ignorant regarding processes and charges and would mislead you. I have availed a home loan from this branch (got lured in by instant online sanction). Despite loan being pre-approved, they disbursed it in one month. No clarity regarding charges, documentation or time taken in the process. Unfortunately, I had already committed to the seller, hence there was no other option but to wait. Best part is that these people didn't even tell me that my original home loan documents would be sent to my reg address after 3-4 months. Till date I don't have a single document, even complained to ICICI bank managment. They also have been giving me vague answers and no resolution. Would request and advise all those who have received sub standard services from ICICI to complaint to RBI Banking Ombusman and file consumer complaint against the bank.
