They themselves are confused and can’t help with any problems
It’s been a month or more I have been trying to get my account activated which I blocked due to some reason
I have been to the bank twice and these people just ignored me
Don’t know to speak with the customer very rude behaviour as if I m stealing their money and account belongs to them
There is no option of minus rating or else I would have given it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch manager Nidhi Mathura. Eating inside each and time I visit the branch. I want to meet her I have to wait for her to finish her food during working hours. This people they don't know how to talk to there colleges they shout in front of us. I saw some staff crying. Which is Pathetic. ICICI I hope this review is seen by top officials and strict action should be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ICICI Bank you guys are such Fraudsters! For a year every morning I received a call for taking a "lifetime free credit card". Finally irritated I take the "lifetime free card" hoping that the calls would stop(No the calls didn't stop).. A representative from this branch comes to take my documents. And now I see a joining fee of Rs.590 in my statement. I call the customer support and they say that my card is not a lifetime free card it has a fee associated with it. What a scam!! What a scam!

The branch is located at just 100 metres from Chhatrapati Square, next to petrol pump.
