★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch beacuse of worst staff, due to incorrect information provided my cashier ms rakshanda bank has penalised charges of rs 5500 rs, worst part is she doesnt have the product information or say inadequate training, now on top of that mr vivek kolan/vinay singh has spoken to branch manger and after discussion they have asked for regional heads approval for reversal of charges, however regional head has taken 20 days to look into till date he has not provided approval on top of that branch manager says that there is no specific turn around time for this, which is really annoying. Higher authorities whoever is taking notice of this request you to please get the necessary approval done at earliest. This is the only effective mode of getting in touch with you all and highlighting the issue to you all as it seems branch is not taking any responsibilylty towrards customer and simply not botherered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an extremely bad experience with Stupid and Illiterate Vinay Singh a Deputy Branch Manager, He don't even know what documents are required for name change, also the Madam Branch manager is quite Illiterate about the documents. Hence they both are seriously useless people in the branch. And ruining ICICI Bank's reputation.
