★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cheap people working in the branch. Disrespect given to customers. Staff behaves such that they are doing some favour for customers. Staff not even aware of documents checklist required for the account opening. If we ask any questions to staff they doesn't assist the customer properly. They have always problem with printer when I go for passbook entry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two days ago I submitted form for opening savings account and today I found out that they didn't add e-mail in their data but I filled the E-Mail column in the form and they issued me passbook for which I have not applied in the form. Everyone is confused they can't even tell where to submit cheque with slip. The only thing they will tell everytime to cover your face with masks. I have to visit tomorrow again to correct the mistakes which they have done.
