★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't say it often but really, the branch has the most inexperienced and impolite staff I've ever seen. Most of the staff doesn't care about what the customer is looking for, and if a customer asks for help, they'll either ignore or give excuses or they aren't experienced enough to resolve their problems or even if they will help, they will make the customer feel that by helping they are obliging on them.
