Dear icici Lombard, My name is kirankumar ogge am from Hyderabad.. I have a motor policy in Lombard and I had a Royal Enfield thunder bird 350x. I met with an accident July in the month of July.. I have raised a claim.. they alloted a surveyor. He has came inspected everything and he went out with my documents and accidents bike pictures. The point is still my got ready and I paid in the guarage 35thousand around money and I have sent everything to surveyor.. even the gurage person also he had sent that documents which is surveyor needed one, now the surveyor saying that your policy is rejected caz your policy is in inactive... I raised a complaint through customer care support by voice.. the customer care people is saying that your policy is in active only u can upload u r documents... But surveyor saying that not attaching documents with your existing policy. The point is when I was raised the claim the customer service person has entered as my policy num 3005/O/222590898/00/001 instead of 3005/O/222590898/00/000. My original policy number is 3005/O/222590898/00/000 even I raised a claim, my claim number is MOT11178172 on my own policy how it will be come that 001 policy number.. even no body is caring and supporting in the system.. they r playing with the customers.. please i need immediate action on this issue because it's 2months almost. Am attaching my original policy copy and my requests with customer support.
