★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered Dress and winter jacket (VIBGYOR High) for my son on 25-Nov. I am wondering what happened to my order. I am trying to reach the customer care, no one is picking up the phone.
I was wondering if they want to send jackets once the winter is over?????????????
Everyday, my son is being scolded for not wearing school jackets. You write on your website that the items will be shipped in 3 working days. Where its almost 22 days and we have not received our order.
Your service is pathetic and if I would have known this I would not have ordered online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conclusion is they are prompt, dependable but bit slow and software issues.
I ordered few products. After payment website hanged and put off the website. Bit worried so contacted thro mail because phone number didnot work. Only thing I got was confirmation of payment from payment gateway. Not even confirmation order mail from student kare. I think there software support is poor but they delivered products promptly.
Later mailed me back that they received the order. And they will send products. I received my products of one order in three couriers within 15 days. My third courier was one sharpner.
So conclusion is they are prompt, dependable but bit slow and software issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online orders.. mismatched sizes of uniform, ..and the uniform needs to be exchanged as the fit and sizes are horrible..but only option is to send mail...which they dont reply..phone number is for namesake.. headache for parents.buying from this store...pathetic service.really upset

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vibgyor High has left us with no option then to buy uniform from Studentkare. Worst experience, poor service and poor quality material. My advice to drag Studentkare to Consumer Court because of pain through which parents has to go through for simply buying a pair of school uniform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody should buy from studentkare. I called three times for the order placed on 21st Feb. No one has taken any action and no one respond to the email. After three weeks when I called back, they mentioned they have 600 to 700 calls per day, they can not do anything about a three week old order. Pathetic service. I will share review for benefit of other customers
