My father was recently admitted for a surgery. We used a cashless hospitalization facility with one of their network hospitals and the policy after proper authorization settled our bill

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy any policy from this company specially two wheeler or four wheeler insurance. There surveyors do not co-operate even will not provide any response over phone. I felt that they look for some percentage amount to pass your claim otherwise they will keep the rude behaviour and given you lot of headache and take your all time. Even the senior management of this company has rude behaviour. Surveyors are so bad that they did not pass the claim of a 2 month old vehicle. Get insurance from any other company. I have doubt that health plan etc will also give lot of headache. Think wisely.

They received the policy amount that tooo of 33,000 but forget to send e-mail and due to covid they can’t send courier bec corona to policy papers mai hai even they don’t believe sending any mess or calls to existing customer after receiving amount such a fraud people.
After struggling 1.5 years I got to know about my policy numbers and contacted there customer services department they committed me for 100% refund and they gave half of it.
Complaining you guys from so many days but still no response every time you fake people give me a deadline of 24 to 48 hrs
Such a fraud company don’t invest you money in it at all they don’t believe in helping customer
