★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an employee point of view it is a professional team to work with. Friendly environment and working area. All you have to do is targets achievements time to time. Then you'll get the fruit(I love apple? and INR i mean who don't need INR?). Also customers are the first priority in every aspect. Customer support staff is well trained. Timings morning 0930 to evening 1900 hours vary as per schedule meetings either with clients or staff. I would like to give it between 3ree to 4or stars out of 5v.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front counter staff are not properly trained and having less experienced related to their work. They are not cooperative rather very rigid. On public dealing they must be responsive and polite. I am not satisfied with the performance.ñ

Its frouds of costumers there are many costumers 75% are costumers problem of this policy & there staff behaviour is not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RS 100 debit without my permission from last 5 year when I complaint they denied and say we have no record and we can not refund also..and there mail system also very poor .cc said we have limited right we can not do from here...I am frustrated to complain and feel they are looting people on name of ICICI..very bad....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I am working as an on role employee since last 3.5 years and it's still a wonderful learning era for me,Office lies in the heart of the city that is LalKothi,mid floor of the storey of Apex Mall(populary known through this landmark if needed to visit) . If somebody plans working in Icici, this is a great place to grab the opportunity,functions and salary is always kept on priority.
Let's talk on customer services, the operations are honesty cooperative though they take long time so stay connected to that person who remains the first person to know ur problem, because if any claims or request takes time, if u deal every time with new face, it will be time taking from both end.
So first, get in contact from the one who is working there or the first face on front desk to get solution to ur consent.
